Q. I upgrade to express version to standard version
and had to reinstall the software, now mine registration
code does not work anymore, what do I do about it?
Because
the product was originally registered as express version
and standard version was upgraded later on. You need
to register the express version first and then upgrade
it to the standard version. This can be done by going
to "help/version upgrade" and enter the upgrade
standard version code.
Above
procedure applies to the express to enterprise and standard
to enterprise upgrade as well.
In
the case this does not solve the problem, please attached
the error.log file located in the submission v7.0's
program directory with email and contact our support.
