2. I set the fields, but opt-in emailer won't send the information properly.

When in the "file/configuration" then "list format" area. You can specified the name of the customized field. There are 6 field in total, first field is defaulted as <EMAIL> and cann't be changed. The other 5 field are configurable.

Make sure you don't use the reserve the name <NAME> for the field name, since it is reserved for the old format of mailing list. All field name should be in the format of <XXXXXX>, with XXXXXX to be name of user's choice. An example of the field name can be as <FNAME>, <COMPANY>, etc.

The fields in "list format" area needs to be set corresponding to the fields in the mailing list.
